朴硕员工以站桩修身养生
Standing meditation is a kind of traditional health preservation technique in our country. As early as more than two thousand years ago, in the Huangdi Neijing (Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor), there was a saying: “… In ancient times, there were true men who could hold up the heaven and earth, grasp the principles of yin and yang, inhale and exhale the essence of qi, stand alone and concentrate on their spirit, with their bones and muscles in harmony. Therefore, they were able to enjoy a lifespan as long as that of heaven and earth.”
As the saying goes, “A thousand kinds of movement are not as good as a moment of stillness, and a thousand kinds of practice are not as good as a single session of standing meditation.” Thousands of years of practice have proven that standing meditation can not only dredge the meridians, regulate the flow of qi and blood, enable the interaction between yin and yang, and accelerate metabolism. It can also enhance the functions of various internal organs, organs, and even cells, and has a very good therapeutic effect on many chronic diseases.
Standing meditation can lower the body’s center of gravity, making the lower part of the body more substantial. Once the lower part is substantial, the kidney essence will be enriched. When the kidney essence is abundant, the ancestral qi will flow smoothly. The qi of the heart and lungs will descend, while the qi of the liver and kidneys will rise. In this way, a person enters a state of emptiness in the upper body and solidity in the lower body, which enables one to enjoy a healthy and long life. Standing meditation is one of the best ways to replenish the original qi. At the same time, standing meditation can cultivate one’s mind and character. When practicing standing meditation, a person gradually calms down, eliminating restlessness. The spirit that has been wandering outside is drawn back into the body, and the original spirit returns. By maintaining this state for a long time, one can cultivate tranquility and concentration.
Many employees of our Puso often practice standing meditation in the morning or evening. They practice in the company’s small garden, in a quiet corner of the industrial park, or in their dormitories. Some people maintain the practice almost every day, spending half an hour to an hour on standing meditation. After many people have persisted in practicing for a month, they have clearly felt that their mental state has improved significantly, their bodies have become more energetic, and their appetites have also improved a great deal compared to before. As a result, they are more focused and efficient at work.
While Puso is dedicated to promoting Chinese culture, it places even greater emphasis on putting these cultural values into practice, starting with the cultivation of oneself!
